About MLS

Located in the Mid-Cities area between Dallas and Fort Worth.  We have over 7 years experience in the Storm Water Pollution Prevention field and over 20 years in the construction industry. Past and current accomplishments include membership in the North Central Texas Council Of Governments (NCTCOG) Coordinating Council to prepare the second edition of the Storm Water Quality Best Management Practices for Construction Activities manual and the Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) program. We have experience in the preparation of Storm Water Pollution Plans (SWPPP's) for both Construction Activity and Industrial Discharge facilities.
